SOCIAL JUSTICE FACT FILE: CHILDREN WHO ARE TRANSGENDER
This collection of research serves as a resource for families and educators. It informs the reader of the issues surrounding children who identify as transgender and provides useful resources to support children within their homes, school systems, and communities. This research was conducted as an assignment in a Social Justice course at The Humber Colle eInstitute of Technology and Advanced Learning, under the instruction of Roxana Zuleta. It was later acquired by Professor Zuleta to be used as a reference for future courses.
SOCIAL DETERMINANTS OF HEALTH - INCLUSION
This is a research paper that addresses inclusion as a social determinant of health. It looks at three organizations (Closing the Distance, Inclusive Community Organizations: A Tool Kit, and The Ontario Women’s Health Network) and how they explore inclusion by providing helpful models and resources to build and support inclusive communities. This paper was completed in a Community Collaborations course at The Humber College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning, under the instruction of Marsha Barrett.
